- Description:
- Join us from 12- 12:50 pm on Wednesdays for this exciting class. It is located in the Cultural Arts Studio on the 2nd floor of Central Library.
Restorative Yoga uses postures with supports to help relieve chronic stress. This form of yoga is meant to get you relaxed and of course stress-free.
This is a point earning opportunity for the Move to Win Challenge. This class is open to City of Aurora employees only.
