The Basics
The Fitness Challenge is a 12 week program, 1/23/10 to 4/30/10. Site memberships (to access the challenge) last 90 days and participants may continue earning rewards past the end date. Some may choose to complete their initial reward area and continue on to another set of rewards

Higher Company Profile
Build your own sponsor package – $300 to $2500 - from banners and tables to signature trophies and logo inclusion in event collateral, including posters, record books and captain T-shirts. All sponsors’ logos are featured on the West Chamber Challenge Page – where all participants go to check their team’s stats. We’ll have both a Kick Off event and a closing ceremony, plus all the ongoing events & competitions so there’ll be many opportunities to be front and center.

Healthier employees
Your chamber membership provides several free team memberships. Use those 2-10 memberships to join chamber-centered groups or make them the core of your company team(s) by purchasing additional West Chamber Challenge January through April 2010 - Get Fit :: Get Rewarded! team memberships.

Think sales vs admin, or doctors vs nurses, or Lakewood office vs Littleton’s. 90 day memberships are $10 each and only $8 for 2 or more. These are chamber member prices only, so contact Arlene Zaffle or call 303-257-1274.

More Customers

West Chamber participation is estimated to be 500 participants /Olympians composed of chamber members, their employees plus friends and spouses. Local first responders (police, fire and EMS) and our non profits will also have teams.

This is truly targeted advertising; employed people, in your neighborhood, who receive rewards for being physically active and who earn team points (from us) for redeeming those rewards. These rewards are very valuable – people worked hard to earn them.

The MakeItMe.net website has had 2.3 million hits since the first of this year and we average 432,200 monthly hits during a challenge. That’s a lot of traffic.

Consider being a Milestone Rewards Merchant
Your shop offers a reward to any participant that earns it. Potentially every participant could walk into your shop, in reality you’ll see just the people who are interested in what you offer. 20% redemption is about average. All of the participants will read about your shop in the newsletter (including a link to your site) plus you’ll be profiled on the Rewards Page, and on the West Metro Area List – that’s 3 web placements with links.

Or offer a Drawing Prize
Winners are randomly selected from all Milestone Reward certificates redeemed over a two-week period. Winners are announced in the weekly emailed newsletter sent to all participants. Team captains are notified of the winners slightly in advance of the newsletter – so they can make a big deal out of having a winner on their team.

Goody Bag Placement
Everybody loves Goody bags. We’ll hand these out to the captains to give to their teammates. We’ll also have at least 150 at the Kick Off ceremony. More will be at the Chamber so every participant can receive one.
